All quoted prices shall be inclusive of VAT.

You are booked for the workshop upon your registration by e-mail, facsimile or ordinary mail together with the receipt of your workshop fee.

The payment of the workshop fee before the beginning of the workshop is a prerequisite for your participation.

Christine Unger – First Impression herewith reserves the right to change the venue of the workshops or cancel the workshop altogether for organisational reasons.

In the case of such a cancellation, any workshop fees already paid shall be fully reimbursed.

Following your registration, you will be informed of all required organisational details, such as the address and the exact time of the beginning of the workshop and if any preparation for the workshop is required.

Registrations for open workshops

In order to be able to offer participants the best possible quality, numbers are usually restricted. It is therefore necessary that you register as soon as possible by e-mail, facsimile or by ordinary mail.

Following your registration, you will receive a notification of your booking for the workshop together with our bank details for the payment of the workshop fee.

The booking shall be binding upon receipt of the participation fee on our account.

The full participation fee including VAT shall be on our account at least 5 days before the beginning of the workshop. Should this not be the case, you will be asked to show the relevant pay slip before the beginning of the workshop.

Should you register for a workshop that is already fully booked, you will be put on the waiting list. In this case you will be notified as soon as there is a vacancy.

Should you already have transferred your participation fee onto our bank account and not get a place because the workshop is already booked, you will be fully reimbursed.

Cancellation of workshops by the customer

If you register for a workshop and then find out that you cannot participate, you may cancel. However, this cancellation shall be in written form.

There is no cancellation charge for cancellations that are effected up to 5 days before the beginning of the workshop. In this case, you will be reimbursed the entire course fee without any charges accruing on your part.

For cancellations up to 1 day before the beginning of the workshop, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the workshop participation fee.

Should participants not cancel until the day of the beginning of the workshop or simply not attend, there shall be a cancellation charge of 90% of the workshop fee.

No cancellation charge shall accrue if you find a replacement for yourself for that particular workshop.
